Elk River Helping Hands is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to assisting with the needs of people of the High Country who have experienced a devasting crisis.
Respect & integrity are our core values. ERHH holds great respect for all individuals. Unavoidable hardships should not rob a person of their dignity or self-respect. The goal of Elk River Helping Hands is to provide financial assistance during hardships in a respectful manner, helping individuals and families overcome difficult financial and other obstacles.

Impact
There is story after story of devastating losses, especially in the aftermath of Helene. Through generous donations, Elk River Helping Hands has been able to respond quickly to requests for assistance. Needs are vetted through our local first responders and others in town and county leadership positions and the ERHH Board. We help with financial assistance, referrals to other organizations, and help with locating specific items, such as heaters, clothing, and more. We are here for the community in times of crisis.
